New World Order; Philosophy, Signs and Solutions 

The text of the speech at the international round table in Russia in Army 2024

 سماللهالرّحمنالرّحیم

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Merciful 

 يا أيَُّهَا الناَّسُ إِناَّ خَلَقْناکُمْ مِنْ ذکََرٍ وَ أنُْث ي  وَ جَعلَْناکُمْ شُعوُباً وَ قَبائِلَ لِتعَارَفوُ ا  إنَِّ أکَْرَمَکُمْ عِنْدَ اللََِّّ أتَْقاکُمْ إنَِّ اللَََّّ عَليمٌ خَبيرٌ 

O mankind! Indeed, We created you from a male and a female,  

And made you nations and tribes that you may identify yourselves with one another.  

Indeed the noblest of you in the sight of Allah is the most Godwary among you. Indeed Allah is all-knowing, all-aware.

Honorable president, Dear guests, ladies and gentlemen;

Salam o Alaikum

I shall start the speech with the good memory of the Prophets who were teachers and mentors and pioneers of divine values for humanity. Salutations to them and to all those who sacrificed their lives and efforts for human ideals and kept the flag of freedom aloft in the struggle against storms. They said "no" to the domination caused by force, greediness and deception, to say "yes" to the just will of the oppressed people. 

First of all, it is necessary to sincerely and honestly thank the government and people of our friendly and strategic neighbor, the Russian Federation, for hosting us graciously. I congratulate the president and officials of the International Military-Technical Association "2024 ARMY" as well as the president of the Academy of Geopolitical Issues and their colleagues for the successful holding of the exhibition, round table and other scientific and side programs, and I wish them all the best of luck.  To you dear guests who come from far and near geographical areas with diverse national, racial, religious, cultural, historical and hereditary affiliations; and have gathered here, I welcome you all. 

I believe that the Philosophy of the new world order and the basis for the gathering and consensus of elites from all over the world to achieve a new model of the world order is not geographical unity, not racial unity, and not even religious unity, but it is "unity of need". 

Countries that want to make decisions and act based on national interests and human values and independent from the hegemony imposed by American and Western imperialism, have always needed a connection with each other that can protect them from the control of authoritarian, arrogant and insatiable networks. Today, with the development and expansion of the tools of domination, this need has become more urgent. In my interpretation, the "unity of need" is the Philosophy of the beginning of major international agreements such as Shanghai and BRICS to reach the new world order.  But I want to point out a phenomenon: 

Islam has taught us that despite racial, linguistic and cultural differences, humans have a "homogeneous nature" that calls them to purity and justice, charity and sympathy, and common thinking and cooperation. The Nature; this radiant truth has such a capacity that it can become the basis and support for the formation of free and honored societies that enjoy progress and justice together. This same human nature; that is, the common and universal truth is one that can be the foundation of fraternal cooperation among nations that are not similar to each other in terms of appearance, historical background, geographical region, language, religion, and culture. International cooperation and the new world order, if in addition to the "unity of need" is based on the foundation of human nature, the governments will establish relations among themselves not on the basis of fear and threats or extravagance and unilateral interests or the mediation of treacherous and self-dealing people, but on the basis of healthy and common interests. Above all, this will build a pathway for the interests of humanity as a whole. 

This "ideal order" is the opposite of the domination system, which in recent centuries, the western powers, and today the oppressive and aggressive government of the United States, are claiming and promoting. The new world order must be based on the common human nature of all humans on the planet; regardless of any color, race, nationality, culture or religion. 

Dear guests! 

Today, great ideals have brought us together; ideals such as: 

Decolonization, political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological independence and non-conformation to the axis of the domination, and promotion of solidarity and cooperation among the majority of countries of the world. But the realities of today's world are far from those ideals. The collective will make all effort to bridge this gap to achieve the ideals. Though full of challenges, it is promising and fruitful. These days, we are witnessing the failure of the unilateralist policies and brutal oppression of the Western and Zionist axis. We have witnessed landmark events in recent decades, especially the wave of global protests in the last 10 months, against the child murder and genocide of the usurping Zionists in the resistant Gaza. The opposition of the elites, students and people of the world denouncing the all-out support of America and Western governments supporting the genocide, clearly shows that the public opinion in the world has come to believe that more dangerous and deadly than the bombs and rockets fired by the Israeli regime is America's cruel right of veto and the injustice of the world order. In the current conditions of the world, the resistance and oppression of Gaza has awakened people and created a perhaps unprecedent opportunity for the global majority movement.  

We all agree that the "control room of the world" should not be run by the dictatorship of a few western countries. There should be a possibility to form and guarantee a global democratic partnership in the field of international management. The UN Security Council has an irrational, unfair and completely undemocratic structure and mechanism; this is an open dictatorship and an old and obsolete system; its expiration date has passed. By misusing this very wrong mechanism, America and its accomplices have been able to impose their oppression on the world in the cover of "honorable" concepts.  They say "human rights", and they only want the interests of the West. They say "democracy", and they put military intervention in countries instead. They say "fight against terrorism", and they target the defenseless people of villages and cities by their bombs and weapons. 

General Qassem Soleimani, the world hero of the Islamic nation and the son of Iran, who unrooted the terrorism created and paid for by the West and Zionism, is assassinated by them at the airport of his host country, Iraq, and then they arrogantly and brazenly claim it as a fight against terrorism! Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of the Palestinian people's resistance to expel the usurping occupiers from the Islamic-Arab homeland of Palestine, is assassinated in Tehran while he is an official guest of the Islamic Republic of Iran and they brazenly claim it as a fight against terrorism! 

In the eyes of the hegemonic and unilateralist minority, humanity is divided into first, second, and third-class citizens, eastern and western, white and black. Human life is cheap in Syria and Russia, in Karabakh and Donbass, in Lebanon and Iraq, in Yemen and Palestine, in Asia, Africa and Latin America; but it is expensive in America, Ukraine and Western Europe. The security of America and Europe is considered important, and the security of the rest of humanity is considered unimportant. Torture and assassination if it is done by Americans and Zionists and their henchmen, it is permissible and can be completely ignored. Their secret prisons, which witness the ugliest and most hateful treatment of defenseless, lawyerless and trialless prisoners in many places on different continents, do not hurt their conscience. Good and bad are completely selective and one-sided. They impose their interests in the name of "international laws”; and their domineering and illegal words on the nations in the name of "global society", and with an organized exclusive media network, they pretend their lies are truth, and their falsehood is virtuous, and their oppression is justice. And on the other hand, they call every true statement that exposes their deception as a lie, and every rightful demand is called rebellion. 

Friends! 

This flawed and damaging situation is NOT sustainable. We stand up against this false international inequality. The global movement and the public protest against the domination of the centers of wealth and power over all aspects of the lives of the people of the world and political and economic policies, etc., show that the measure of patience and tolerance of the nations is overflowing with this situation. This unreasonable situation must be cured. We have found the cure; Belief in internal capacities and cooperation with co-targeted countries. Four decades of successful resistance of the Islamic Republic of Iran against the brutal and comprehensive pressures of America and its allies, and achieving comprehensive progress of the country in the conditions of crippling sanctions, economic pressures, propaganda invasion and cognitive warfare is a successful experience that can be transferred to all "partners of civilization in the global majority". We have started this transfer of experience to our partners of civilization in the axis of resistance and we wish to develop it in relations with other nations. 

The experience of more than four decades of resistance of Iranians has led us to the definite belief that the resistance of a united and determined nation is capable of overcoming all enmities and opening a glorious path to its lofty goals. Enemies called the sanctions on us as paralyzing! They have not paralyzed us, they have made our steps firmer, our efforts stronger. We are confident of our analysis and have developed an innate ability! This one example of the ineffectiveness of sanctions is sufficient in the way of the progress of the Iranian nation, that three decades ago sanctioned Iran so that no country would sell weapons to Iran, and Iran would not be able to defend itself. Everybody obeyed, we did not get any weapons! We made our own! We ended that war with victory, and today we have turned from a mere consumer to an exporter of weapons and military and security equipment. Now the Americans are embargoing other countries. Why are they buying weapons from Iran?! Not only did the embargo not break us, but we broke the embargoes, we also broke the "sanctioner" and today we are marketing our military products at the international military exhibition ARMY 2024 in Moscow. 

Friends! 

Sanctions cannot be paralyzing, if we believe in the power of thought and the arms of the youth of our countries. It is the sanction that will be paralyzed, it is America that will be paralyzed. And if all the sanctioned countries come to this belief, then we can deny them access to oil and gas energy and other resources in the region, then we should sanction them.  

Dear guests! 

Now I return to the opening statement.  

The conditions of the world are sensitive and passing through a very important historical turning point. It is expected that a new order is being born.  There are many countries that are fed up with the prevailing oppression and injustice in the world order, in Asia, in Africa, in Latin America, in Eastern Europe, in the Arab and Islamic world. This global majority can play a big role in shaping the future. If we want to, we can create a historical and lasting role to save the world from insecurity, war and domination. The holding of this meeting in Moscow is also a meaningful event that should be taken into account in calculations. Achieving the goal is possible only with our comprehensive cooperation with each other. Among us, the majority of the world, rich countries and countries with international influence are not few. It is completely possible to solve problems with collaborations and the transfer of progressive and uplifting experiences.  We must make up our minds; stay loyal to the goals, let us not be afraid of the frown of the oppressive powers and their internal supporters, and do not be pleased with their smile! We should consider the divine will and the laws of creation as our support as we can think of promoting the "political output of the global majority" in global governance. We can prepare a historical document for the evolution of this management and provide its implementation tools. My clear proposal is to create an international organization of supporters of the idea of the global majority and establish its permanent secretariat to design effective cooperation in scientific, technical, economic, cultural, political, legal, media and other fields. Undoubtedly, the formation of an active and motivated secretariat for this organization will be able to provide a great and effective help to achieve these goals.
